The Estimating and Sales group provides detailed estimates, budgets & cost analysis for our clients within a broad range of delivery methods including hard bid, design build, design assist, value engineering and negotiated processes. Our construction experience includes; medical, educational, government, retail, entertainment, office, and hotel/condo markets. Projects range from ground-up new construction to tenant improvements.

Pre-Construction Services
Pre-construction services are a required first step of any successful project. Whether we are contracted to provide constructability analysis, value engineering services, or strategically detailing in house projects, this department is paramount to delivery of successful, on-time, in budget results.

Pre-construction services ensure budgets are met, potential conflicts are addressed, and all projects receive an optimistic launch. We work in partnership with our project management team to insure materials and equipment are procured, staged, and scheduled to meet project requirements.
